Shipping policy
Order Processing
All products are shipped directly from Miami, Florida. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00pm EST will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day.
Changes & Cancellations
Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes to your order or cancel it once the order has been placed. Orders are marked for processing as soon as they are received. Please be sure to review all information before placing an order.
Pre-orders
Occasionally pre-orders are offered for items that are expected to be available soon. The estimated shipping time for the item will be displayed on the product page. If an order is placed with a pre-ordered item, it will be fulfilled and mailed out when the pre-ordered item is available along with the rest of the ordered items, if any. Due to our system limitations, we cannot split-ship your order.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number will be sent when your order is processed and the shipping label is issued. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Currently we are only shipping to all U.S. mainland addresses. We offer free standard ground shipping (via USPS) on all orders over $65* to all U.S. mainland addresses. *After any discounts/promotions are applied, excl. taxes or gift card purchases.
On orders under $65 shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times range from 3-10 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Shipping Exclusions
At this time, we do not ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
Lost, Stolen or Undeliverable Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged during transit, returned or delayed packages by the postal service. Undeliverable packages will not be re-shipped.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
